our approach
Below is a general timeline of how we work & what we can offer you to ensure we are the right photographers for you. Find out more about our editing styles, how often you'll hear from us and what we do on your wedding day!
- Check we're available
So you've found us! You've trawled through our portfolios, our lovely couples' kind words and our packages and you want to know if we're free - yay! You can check our availability by clicking the 'contact us' button that's plastered all over our website and filling in the form. We love hearing from you, so we usually reply pretty quickly! Alternatively, pop us a Facebook message or slide into our DMs on Instagram.
2. Meet with us
We love to meet (face to face if you're local, zoom if you're not!) to chat about the details of your day, to give you a chance to ask any questions and to make sure we're the right fit for you - if we're not, that's okay, just let us know! This meeting usually lasts about 20-30 mins as it's our first meeting, then afterwards we'll pop your contract, invoice and questionnaire over to you so you can book!
3. Sign & secure us!
Once you've received the contract that's sent through, have a read and sign your name. Now is also the time to pay the retainer to secure your date. The retainer information will come through on the invoice we send you after our meeting, and is 10% of your final package price. You can pay this via bank transfer or online.
4. Enjoy being engaged & planning your wedding!
Once your date is secured, we'll leave you to plan your day - but do message us any time if you have any questions or your day changes dramatically!
5. Meet with us (again!)
We'll get in touch with you again about 6 weeks before your date to remind you to fill in your questionnaire and book in another zoom chat once you've had your final venue meeting. During this chat we'll go over finer details, answer any questions and help with any last minute panics!
6. Remaining balance is due
Unless you've chosen our monthly payment plan option, your remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. We'll send you an email reminder as we know things can get stressful leading up to the day!
7. It's your wedding day!!!
It's here!! The wait is over! Relax and enjoy every moment - which, of course, we'll capture for you!
8. Gallery time
Your email pings - you check your inbox - your heart flutters - they're ready! Your photos are waiting to be viewed in your own personal online gallery, which you can download and share with whoever you like! If you opted for our hybrid package (smart move), your film will be with you shortly after!
9. Tell everyone!
You recommend us to everyone because we were great fun and captured your day perfectly! We always appreciate a review too!
